TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A participant's entry into the Actimel prize draw is subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the Promoter's Privacy Policy at http://www.actimel.co.uk/PrivacyPolicy.aspx. All participants should read these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which explain the terms of the Actimel prize draw and what the Promoter may do with information provided by each participant.

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, excluding employees (and their families) of Danone Ltd, its associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter, complete the entry form online at www.actimel.co.uk/About/WinActimel.aspx . No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household allowed. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
3. All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries can only be completed by submitting the entry form online. Illegible, incomplete, corrupt or otherwise defective entries will be invalid.
4. Failure to comply with the draw terms and conditions will automatically render your entry to this promotion invalid.
5. The Promotion starts on 12 May 2010 and ends at midnight on December 31st 2010.
6. On the last day of each month (starting 31st May 2010 & ending 31st December 2010) one winning entry will be drawn at random from all valid entries received since the first day of that same month. The draw will be conducted under independent supervision. Each winning entry will receive 46 vouchers for 8x100g packs of Actimel (to a maximum value of £3.08 per voucher) sent across 2010 & 2011, equating to 12 months (365 days) supply of Actimel for 1 person.
7. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winning entrant by email (at the address provided at the time of entry) within 28 days of the draw to notify them of their prize and to give them full details of how to redeem it. If, following such reasonable efforts by the Promoter, a winning entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter's notification or is not in a position to accept the prize (for whatever reason), then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that entrant's prize entitlement and to select an alternative winning entrant to receive that prize. The Promoter may repeat the process set out in this clause 7 as many times as is necessary until it has successfully selected and notified the requisite number of winning entrants.
8. Brief details (name and county) of prize winners can be obtained from Danone Ltd between 1st-28th February 2011. Please send a self addressed envelope to Danone Ltd, 3rd Floor, International House, London, W5 5DW.
9. All winning entrants may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and where required to do so the winners consent to cooperate with the Promoter without further recompense.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed or otherwise invalid entries.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions as necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances.
12. Notwithstanding that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in respect of any part of this promotion; there is no cash or other alternative prize available in respect of any prize.
13. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter takes its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 seriously. All information collected as part of this promotion is collected by the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any third parties. From time to time the Promoter may wish to send you information concerning its news, products, services and/or special promotions. 15. The laws of England & Wales shall apply to the promotion.
