Tandoori chicken with Actimel

Shopping List

  • 1 packet of Tandoori Masala (available in most large supermarkets)
  • 500-700g chicken joints (remove skin, cut 2-3 slits on meat surface)1 bottle (100g) Danone Actimel drinking yogurt
  • 2 tsps oil

Method

  1. Mix the Tandoori Masala and Actimel drinking yogurt together
  2. Marinate the chicken (leave for at least 1 hour or over night for better flavour)
  3. Spread oil over chicken and bake in oven until slightly burnt
  4. Turn chicken over and continue baking until slightly burnt
  5. Once cooked, serve with Basmati rice
