In the meantime, we’ve caught up with Kerridwen Niner to get the lowdown on her soft spot for tasty little bottles.
1. Hi Kerridwen, where are you from and what do you do for a living?
I am from the midlands and work part time (jack of all trades, master of none) I deliver leaflets, hairdressing and I write short poems for e-cards.
2. For you, what’s the best thing about Actimel?
Quick, easy, convenient and tastes great.
3. How does Actimel fit into your daily routine?
I enjoy my Actimel with my breakfast.
4. What’s the most creative way you have used Actimel?
I have now made two different drinks with Actimel, a fruit smoothie and a cold coffee. Add hot water to a spoonful of coffee (just enough to dissolve), add 1/2 tsp of honey (or more if required), let it cool down and then add Actimel and top up with milk, add ice if the mood takes!
Perfect for an Indian summer I might add!
Oh funnily enough I have just done almost a 200 mile round trip to Nottingham to see my step-daughter for her 21st birthday. I am not the most confident of drivers especially when I don't know where I'm going but with help from the sat nav and my husband we made it there and back in one piece.
I have lost over a stone and a half since taking up my leaflet round. There is a lot to be said for walking, it's free for a start and I still enjoy my baking.
For me any form of transport that means I don't have to worry about driving is a bonus, it means i can switch off and relax.
The lovely colours.
I tend to stick with the natural. I think the only other flavour I've tried is coconut which is also very nice. I'm not a big fruit flavour fan.
I'm not a big fruit fan but blackcurrant/raspberry would be something I would try. Or something naughty like toffee, even chocolate but they don't sound so healthy!
