1. Where are you from and what do you do for a living?
Hi, I’m from Newbury and I work as a creative designer.
2. For you, what’s the best thing about Actimel?
I love the fact that the bottles are great on the go and the fact that there are so many yummy flavours to choose from.
3. How does Actimel fit into your daily routine?
I often enjoy a bottle in the morning as part of my breakfast routine.
4. What's the most creative way you have used Actimel?
I have used it in porridge before to make it creamy and also on my cereal.
5. At Actimel, we believe in facing challenges head on. What challenge(s) have you conquered recently? And how did you overcome your obstacles?
I set myself a challenge this year to lose weight and have managed to hit my target weight by eating healthily.
6. Do you have any healthy lifestyle tips that you’d like to share?
I regularly go running during my lunch break. It’s a great way to stay active and costs nothing! Sometimes I am also joined by my colleagues which is good for my motivation.
7. What’s your favourite way to get out there and see the best of the UK?
I love going mountain biking and take my kids on trail rides.
8. This month’s Actimel Live is all about celebrating a happy Christmas. What makes Christmas special for you?
Spending time with my friends and family, and seeing my kids delight when they open their Christmas presents!
9. There are ten tasty Actimel flavours available. Got a favourite?
Yes, I love the raspberry flavour as it’s delicious on cereal. My kids love the Strawberry and Banana flavour.
10. Finally, if you could create your very own flavour what would it be and why?
I think a Christmas spiced flavour such as vanilla and cinnamon would be nice and would get everyone in a festive mood!
