Hi. I'm Christina, Insight Manager for Actimel.
Ever wondered how we make sure that you will like the new flavours we bring out or that the advertising we make tells you what you want to hear?
It all comes down to listening to you, the people who buy and drink Actimel. My job is to take what we are developing and see what you think of it before we actually launch it. So when someone stops you on the street with a questionnaire or asks you to come to a focus group, that's exactly what we're doing - checking we're giving you what you want!
At the moment we've been busy developing our new Actimel advert that you will see on your TV from January. It's a bit different to what you may have seen before, so we wanted to find out whether it told you something new, whether it made people who hadn't tried Actimel before think about buying it and also of course whether it was an advert you enjoyed watching.
So now we know what you want to hear, we're busy making it and hope you look out for it in January!
