TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion open to residents of the UK and the IOM aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their families of Danone Ltd, their associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected
   with the promotion.
2. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the term and conditions. Illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will be invalid. Entries can only be completed by submitting the entry form online (www.actimel.co.uk).
3. No purchase necessary. Entries are only valid by completing the online entry form (www.actimel.co.uk).
4. The promotion starts on the 3rd October 2008 and ends on the
   31st December 2008.
5. Only one entry per household allowed. No bulk or third party entries.
6. There will be 1 prize each month consisting of one yearâs free supply of Danone Actimel through vouchers. Flavour variants are not restricted. Vouchers will entitle winners to an Actimel a day for a year, based on purchase of Actimel 8 packs. 46 vouchers each for a free 8 pack, valid in all participating stores will be issued to winners.
7. The winner will be drawn, once the promotion closes (31st December 2008), at random under independent supervision and will be the person whose entry is the first drawn.
8. The prize winner will be notified in writing within a maximum of 28 days following 31st August 2008
9. For the names and counties of the prize winner please send a self addressed envelope to Actimel Promotion October 2008, Danone Dairy, PO Box 4261, Reading, RG8 9ZZ, no later than 4 weeks
   after 31st December 2008.
10. The winners may be required to take part in any related publicity which might be unpaid.
11. The Promoter will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of entries. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are or not received or delivered.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
13. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the prizes. Prizes are non-transferable.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
15. Except in cases of personal injury or death resulting from its negligence, the Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of the prizes.
16. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will
    be entered into.
